All the offered accommodations on this website have the necessary license for tourist use.
All the owners and business associates have sufficient experience in order to guarantee the quality and service we offer.
The pre-bookings requested through this website will be confirmed and will become firm bookings when the client deposits 40% of the accommodation price via bank transfer to WEBLOCATION S.L. to the account number that Weblocation, S.L. will provide. If the client prefers, the 40% deposit can also be paid per credit card.
After having paid the deposit, WEBLOCATION S.L. will immediately send a confirmation e-mail to the client called BOOKING VOUCHER (BONO DE RESERVA). The client will find all the information needed (bond, acceptance of pets etc.) in this e-mail, including the contact details of the owner of the reserved accommodation.
At the same time, the accommodation owner receives the BOOKING CONFIRMATION per e-mail with the client's details.
The client will pay the remaining 60% of the price, plus bond (if any) directly to the owner in cash or per credit card if the owner had this form of payment available.
Check in: At all the accommodations, the keys can be picked up between 3 and 10 p.m.. Owners should be informed if the client arrived sooner or later to the mentioned hours.
Check out: The clients should check out before 11 a.m.. The owner will inspect the accommodation and will return the paid bond (if there was any) by the same means he received it.
In case the client decides to cancel his booking, the paid amount will be refunded according to the following criteria:
» 100% refund of paid deposit if booking is cancelled 30 days prior to rental start date.
» 50% refund of paid deposit if booking is cancelled 15 days prior to rental start date.
» no right of refund of paid deposit if booking is cancelled 14 days after the rental start date.
If the client decides to cancel his booking, the paid deposit can also be used to book the same accommodation at a different time. The price would be adapted to the rates applicable at that time and the booking would of course also depend on the availability of the accommodation.
The client has to accept the conditions of the booking. The owner of the rented accommodation has the right to deny the entry to more people and children than initially agreed. The same goes for pets or even furniture that are brought into accommodations where they are not accepted.
Any claims by the client with regards to irregularities at the accommodation must be immediately reported to WEBLOCATION S.L. and the owner in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Otherwise the client can request a change of accommodation for one with similar characteristics and price. If the client does not agree with the alternative proposed by the agency, he has the right of refund, either of the full amount paid or the corresponding amount, depending the nights already consumed at the accommodation.
Users of the services offered on this website fully accept the norms and conditions above mentioned. In the event of legal claims that may arise between the client and this agency, both parties solely submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antequera (Málaga)-Spain.
